ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because PierrePaul pieces are individually reconstructed and may be one of one, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, sizing preference, change of mind, color variation, or personal preference. Please review all product photographs, measurements, descriptions, and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

PRE-OWNED MATERIALS

PierrePaul garments are reconstructed from carefully selected pre-owned materials. These materials may display fading, distressing, print variation, small marks, blemishes, or other signs of previous wear. These characteristics reflect the materials’ previous lives and are not considered defects unless otherwise stated in the product description.

EXCEPTIONS

A refund request may be considered only if:

  1. The item arrived damaged.

  2. The item has an undisclosed construction defect.

  3. You received an item or size different from what you ordered.

Contact bypierrepaul@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the garment and shipping package.

Do not return an item without authorization. Any approved return must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include its original tags and packaging.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Because many PierrePaul pieces are one of one, replacements might not be available.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
